We require a 25% deposit of the total cost of your stay to secure your reservation (35% deposit for large groups of 20 or more guests). We will send a follow-up email for payment, once we receive and accept your reservation. If we do not receive the deposit amount within a week of your inquiry, your reservation will be voided. If your reservation is within the current week, you are not required to pay the deposit. To cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 4 weeks (8 weeks for large groups) prior to your stay to receive the full refund of the deposit amount.
